The Witch's Handbook.
The title caught my eye, yet the lady reading it caught my heart.
We'll call her Sandra (not her real name), and her story of seeking religious truth is sadly very typical today.
Sandra is a very well-kept lady in her early 50's, with a southern accent and a warm southern charm, as well.
She was not "Gothic". She did not look angry or depressed. She was not wearing all black. Nope, in fact she actually held a very pleasant demeanor and held a captive audience in normal conversation.
Yet, her warm and pleasant conversation was only interrupted by her reading of the darkness, a literal handbook for witches. Why? She was seeking truth in a word and culture that is so devoid of truth.
She is not alone.
The world is seeking for much more than mere religious clichés and systems. Sandra, your neighbors, your family members, and many times your fellow church members are all seeking truth beyond the religion they are being spoon-fed today.
