Miracles From Love?

Happy Valentine's Day!

When you live at the coast it is very common to either own a boat or at least have a friend with a boat.  And the relaxation that comes from a mid-summer boat ride is a relaxation that seems to permeate every cell of your being.

Cruising down the waterway the other day I noticed a large red sign stating we were entering a NO WAKE ZONE.  I pulled down the throttle and as the engine slowed to a gentle rumble and the hair parting wind slowed to a fluttering breeze I turned behind me to see if my boat was leaving a wake. The wake comes form acceleration, speed, power and quickly moving toward your destination.

When you begin to show true love toward others you will find that you naturally leave a wake of miracles behind you.  The wake from your love will be full of the manifestations of the glory, producing the fruits of the spirit of God.

The world is hungry for the supernatural and the world is seeking a God that brings results.  He brings results many times through us, his co-laborers in Christ.  And the foundation of this wonderful mystery is based on one simple word - Love.

We are told to go into all the world, yet many of us are waiting until we are 'fully anointed' or until we have a 'gift of power'.  We want to see the miracles, healings, and deliverance - yet our own chains of fear bind us.  Fear of the unknown, fear of man, and fear that we are not significant enough to do the works Jesus has called us to perform in his name.

When we love one another we can then move in the power of God.  The miraculous will come naturally from the move of compassion.  Just as my boat will leave a wake of water because of the speed of the boat, you can leave a wake of miracles, salvation experiences, and deliverance from your move of love and compassion.

The question we must ask ourselves is really simple, "What kind of wake am I leaving behind me?"

Love.  It is the final answer in a world full of questions..
