God gave us emotions.   

What is happening with yours?  Are you up one minute and down the next? Filled with faith, and then doubt?  You must take an inventory of just how your emotions are impacting your life.  

Either you control your emotions or they will control you!  Satan works in the area of your emotions.  He wants you to become angry, worried, or frustrated.  Why?  Because your performance is affected by your emotions.  

Remember, if you control your emotions then the devil can not!

Need some help?

A) Keep a journal - write down your thoughts and your feelings.  Notice how they affect your performance.

B) Remember that the Apostle Paul instructs us to not be moved by what we see, hear, or feel - but by the word of God!
