Wounds to our emotions are like a wound to our body.  A wound or a cut can become infected - so can an emotional wound become infected with the enemy.  However, unlike a physical wound that heals over time, an emotional wound does not "work out"... instead it "works in" as it develops roots of oppression.  Look closely at Hebrews 2:15

Satan's goal is to bring emotional wounds, thus blurring your vision and walking away from your destiny.  Rejection and other emotional wounds can literally destroy you.

Rejection is the root of almost all emotional problems.

The 2 Results of Rejection:

1) Self-rejection - this is an inward wound.

2) Fear of rejection - an outward reaction, how we relate to others.

These places of rejection can be devastating!  Tomorrow we will look at the symptoms of rejection and then how to OVERCOME!  Keep an eye out for us..
