I love the prophetic!

However, I have found that many of today's prophets (not all, please lay down your stones :) are still operating in "old prophet" style or rather, old testament "mode." T he enemy seeks to make prophets feel "more special" then the rest of the body in  this calling when the truth is we all need one another for balance. Satan also seeks to keep them bound up, telling them they ARE as the prophets of old. 

The spirit of error and the teachings of men have taught that they shall be rejected, their messages rejected, and that they are isolated. This has led to a lot of wounded prophetic people who need to be healed from the spirits of rejection and pride. Bless  their hearts; they cannot even see that the truth of whom they really are in Him that will give them greater influence in their ministries.

 The New Covenant prophet operates the gifts and office by love. Love flows through the tunnel of Grace. Encouraging the body...edifying the body...uplifting the body in His true Spirit. NOT by a spirit  of condemnation, fear, and dire warnings of judgment by the hand of God. It is sad to see the enemy's deception -for many cannot receive the new thing. The worst thing of all, is that what they are speaking is misrepresenting WHO HE IS .Yes, they still operate in some accuracy, BUT, many apply the wrong interpretations to what they have seen or heard.
