And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel,
saying unto them, The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them. (Numbers 6:22-27)
The Bible says that we are kings and priests unto God. As a priest, we have the capacity to function in the realm of the spirit
with Christ Jesus. You have the power as a priest of the Most High God to take dominion in the spirit world. You are a carrier of a God given grace that allows you to invade and control atmospheres. You have the right as a child of God to enforce the sentence of judgment on forces of darkness because of the victory of Christ on the cross.
As a priest, God has given you the ability to put or mark His name on
people. We are now living in a dispensation of grace where God is ready to bless. He is pouring out His power, love, and mercy. Sin is no match for the power of the blood of Jesus. In Numbers 6, God is telling us that by speaking His words of blessing over people, we are putting His name upon them. When we pray the blessing of God on someone, we are marking them as a target of heaven.
Be encouraged today,
that as you step out in faith and begin to speak the good news of the gospel to those around you, that their lives are being marked with the very name of God. You have been intertwined with the name of God. You have been joined to the Lord and you are one spirit with Him. God has given you a new mouth, and has put within it His Word. His Word cannot return void. Begin to release the blessing of God on those around you and watch heaven manifest.
