I am mad. Upset would be an understatement.
Friday I boarded my plane here in
Wilmington, NC heading to the prayer Boot Camp in Atlanta, GA. I trned in my bags, relax in the super small airline seat, and began reading a great book on Angels and activating the angelic in your life. All is well... until.
I get off the plane is Charlotte and wait
patiently for 2 bags. One quickly came - yet the other one.... it never showed up. I waited, ran to and fro, and waited again... Finally I gave up and RAN to my connecting flight. Now, when I say ran I mean RAN like this 40 year old man has not run on over 20 years! I was about 30 seconds from missing the plane... I had my Bible, 20 books, and 20 Guided by God courses in the bag. Gone. Yet most important was one of my journals with years of sermons and prophetic
dreams.
Also, I forgot to mention I did not "check in" my bags - they were carry-on bags that were stored underneath the plane. No name tag (my fault) and no tracking - and now I am in the air to Atlanta.
I was mad. Very. Yet, I called my wife and vented my frustration... and she tried to calm me down. No tracking info - how would they ever find it?
I opened up my book to simply read and allow my mind to get off the situation. I began to read about Angels
being ministering spirits to you and I. Hmmm...
I prayed, asked God to forgive my grumbling, and to send his ministering spirits to bring back my bag... I almost began laughing - it is untagged in an airport of 1,000's of bags.
I let one bag being lost MESS UP MY DAY and really turn this "minister of love" into a huffy puffy madman. Well not really, but close....
The next morning I get a call - the bag had appeared and was being sent back to my home. How? 2
Lessons.
1) Never let something that is not life-staking ruin your day.
2) Ask God for forgiveness and ASK for angelic assistance. They are real.
Oh yeah...#3 - tag your bags!
:-)
God is good and the Prayer Boot Camp was powerful - thank you Apostle Russell.
God bless you all my friends - I believe in you!
