, Wanna Go Fishing?

One of my favorite stories in the word of God is a little fishing story.  
 

"But lest we give offense to them, go to the sea and cast a fish hook, and the first fish that comes up, open its mouth and you will find a shekel. Take that and give for me and for you." - Matthew 17:27

Jesus paid taxes with a coin from a fishes mouth!  That is truly miracle money, amen?!

I have found this story to be very intriguing for many years... Remember that there are no idle words in the Bible, and every story has a purpose.  So, why do we have a story of a fish a coin and taxes?  

First, remember that there was a need!  Taxes were due, and payment was cold hard cash.  

Secondly, there was a need for money apparently not available in the current situation.

Finally, the one who could call things that are not as though they are,  called forth the needed miracle money!

You too have the authority, and have been given the command, to call things that are not as though they are!  Again, if this story is in the word of God - it is for you!

Am I preaching a prosperity gospel?  Yep.  You should prosper in all areas - and grow from glory-to-glory in al areas as well!  

Do you have a financial need?  Could you use a little fishing trip of miracle money?  

In 2014 we are going to be praying, decreeing, and fully expecting miracle money to overtake and destroy the spirit of poverty and lack mentality!  I am asking you to stand with us in prayer, and get your tackle box ready - we are gonna do some fishing!
