As you may have heard in the news, in April hundreds of Nigerian schoolgirls were kidnapped by an Islamist
militant group and trafficked into the sex trade. The hunt is on to find these girls and bring them back to their families. This sex trafficking problem is not just a problem in Africa, but also in the Unites States and other countries; It is a worldwide problem. This past Sunday, my church, Praise Tabernacle International in Plantation, Florida, made a bold statement at both church services. The picture above is from the public facebook page of my Senior Pastor, D.H.
Dawkins, which shows the congregation united to:
A) Raise awareness about this dehumanizing problem,
B) Encourage the
Church to PRAY that these girls and others would soon be returned to their families.
