According to recent research by George Barna, 73% of American youth have engaged in at least one type of psychic or witchcraft-oriented activity beyond the media or reading horoscopes! 

Sadly, only 28% of churched youth can recall any teaching in their church that helped them form their supernatural world view!

There is no doubt that children and teens have a hunger for the supernatural! It's time to direct that for the kingdom of God! 

Several years ago, I ministered in a church in Pennsylvania, and at the end of the service, I invited all who wanted to  move in the area of miracles to come up for a prayer of impartation. The first one up was a little boy about the age of 6. No one told him to go up. The hunger was resident inside of him. After I prayed for him, and all the others that came up for impartation, this little boy and I began to pray for the sick together. There was quite a line of people, and it took awhile, but this little boy had a blast! Afterwards, he asked me, "Can we do this again on Sunday?"

About a year later, I received a message from a friend asking me if I had ministered in this particular church. I said that I had, and she asked me, "Do you remember a little boy that you prayed for in order to receive impartation?" I said that I did. She explained, "He has been seeing very powerful healing miracles ever since!"

On one Sunday, I felt that the Lord was directing me to have the youngest children in our church come up and pray for the sick. They simply laid hands on people and spoke to pain to leave. Every single person who received prayer had all of the pain leave!

We have a teen in our church that is very shy. She doesn't like to talk much, so I taught her that the Word says to "lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." When this young lady lays hands on people, she doesn't say a word, but the sick are healed in an amazing way.

I could share many more stories. Let's not make our children's entire church experience cookies, crafts, and games, when they hunger to walk in the power of God. Imagine a generation that has heard their entire life that God heals, and God will heal through them! Imagine a generation that does not have to undo the wrong teaching of the past years. Imagine a generation that simply walks in child-like faith  with no hindrances!
