It's OK To Laugh!

Three friends sat discussing the best positions forprayer, while a telephone repairman worked nearby..."Kneeling is definitely the best way to pray,"  said the first."No," said the second one. "I get the best results standing with my hands outstretched to Heaven."

"You're both wrong," said the third man.

"The most effective prayer position is lying down on the floor."

The repairman could contain himself no longer. "Hey, fellas,"he interrupted. "The best prayin' I ever did was when I was hangin' upsidedown from a telephone pole."

Yes?

Too often prayer is discussed in the abstract, but it's real life circumstances that usually dictate how fervently we pray. Nevertheless, our need for God's grace is too great and too often for us to wait till we're "hangin' upside down from a telephone pole."
