Hebrews 11:7 “[Prompted] by faith Noah, being forewarned by God concerning events of which as yet there was no visible sign, took heed and diligently and reverently constructed and prepared an ark for the deliverance of his own family. By this [his faith which relied on God] he passed judgment and sentence on the world’s unbelief and became an heir and possessor of righteousness (that relation of being right into which God puts the person who has faith).”

If Noah had been distracted by the Naysayers who had reasonings and not focused on his calling, where would we all be? Noah had to believe in the supernatural power of God because he certainly had to know his own limitations….He certainly, was a man just like you and I, who had aches and pains.He certainly, had to have had issues with his children. He surely, had a wife that felt neglected because he was always doing what God called him to do. Oh yes, and surely, if the thoughts of the people were “only evil continually” as the word says, he was vexed by the lifestyle of these people.

Many of us would have said “how can one man’s obedience to something that has never been done change the whole world?” But Noah got up every day for nearly 100 years (as I have been told) and continued to do exactly what God showed him to do that day. You see, we must believe that God is a supernatural God! We have to believe that...
